Within the technician team, you’ll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

• Servicing, repairing, installing, commissioning, and maintaining electronic security equipment.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
• Troubleshooting technical issues and providing effective solutions.
• Interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner to address their security needs.

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as an electronic security technician.
• Expertise in Intrusion Alarm, CCTV, and Access Control systems.
• Exceptional customer service skills to engage and satisfy our valued clients.
• A current New Zealand Drivers’ License to ensure efficient fieldwork.
• Strong communication skills to lead and coordinate within the team effectively.
